This is my first month getting the Beautybox5 subscription box for $ 12 a month it's not that bad for 5 items in the box right ?
My June box came with 2 full size items , 2 deluxe samples , and one foil packet sample .
This eye shadow palette is not my color at all, I do not see myself wearing this color anywhere. These are sold at the dollar store but the do have good reviews online and they are pretty pigmented.
This was probably the only thing I will actually use in this box , this isn't a shade I would have picked out for myself but I ended up liking it a lot.
Urban Decay Perversion Mascara
I was happy to receive this in my box because it's Urban Decay but the sample is so tiny but I didn't mind because I didn't end up liking the product because I didn't see much of a difference in it then using drugstore mascara.
I also received a SIMPLE sample but it was a towelette and it was dried out , and I received a $20 coupon .
My final thoughts : I was excited when i saw this in the mail because I read such good reviews online and on their website the box looked so good ! But I was disappointed when I opened the box , the only thing I will be using is the nail polish . I did cancel my subscription but I will be keeping an eye out to see if they improve .
